Getting to the winter oasis that is Elk Lake Resort might be challenging especially with Cascade Lakes Highway closing for the season. But rest your worries, and gather your friends for a Snowcat and Meal Excursion Package.

Park your car at Dutchman Flat Sno-Park and we’ll take you on a dreamy Snowcat ride through the snow-covered Cascade Lakes Highway to Elk Lake Resort. Enjoy good conversation with friends over your $35-worth of dining certificate at the restaurant or take in the scenery of the surrounding mountains with a cup of coffee or your choice of local microbrews on tap.

After the dining experience, hop back on the Snowcat for another peaceful ride back to Dutchman Flat Sno-Park.

8:30am - 9:00am Guests arrive at Dutchman Flat Sno-Park
9:00am - 10:00am Guests take SnowCat to Elk Lake Resort
10:00am - 1:00pm Enjoy a Winter Oasis
1:00pm - 2:30pm Eat at the Lodge & Relax in the Winter Oasis
2:30pm - 3:30pm Guests take SnowCat back to Dutchman Sno-Park

Includes

Snowcat ride round trip from Dutchman Flat Sno-Park to Elk Lake Resort
with a $35 Dining Credit for each passenger.

*DOES NOT include special holiday meals such as Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and Valentine’s Day.

Price

$75 per guest  (3 person minimum per group)

*Please arrive 30 – 40 minutes prior to your snowcat pickup time.
This allows time to find parking and to get your gear out and ready to load when the Snowcat arrives.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Full refund given if cancelled 72-hours or more prior to reservation. If within 72-hours, deposit can be used for a future reservation or deposit is forfeited. Full refund given if Elk Lake Resort advises against Winter Rental or activity ‘day of’.
